6:30 pm today, it says not busy. We went to have a quick dinner. We got seated and waited for 25 minutes. No server came to the table. They could have brought drinks if food should take long. We decided to leave. A month after the bad experience, we gave another try. Went in at around 7 pm, ordered food by 7:10, and the food came out at 8:10 pm. Honey crispy chicken came out soaked in oil (not crispy) dark brown in color and most of the pieces were size of peanuts. Even the fried noodle underneath were soaked in oil. This was the last visit to this place.

So I recently spent $18 on the most uncooked pad Thai I have ever paid for. I still can’t believe I wasted my money on this. I’m so disappointed their pad Thai used to be good and this is the food I received.. the second photo is what they “advertise”

Had a great experience tonight! Oscar provided outstanding service from start to finish. He made sure my food arrived promptly, kept my Pellegrino filled, and even packed up my leftovers before I left. The food was cooked perfectly and everything was excellent. Great service and great food.

This was the most awful restaurant experience I’ve ever had my family made a reservation for my moms birthday dinner at 7pm we were seated and brought drinks then our hour long wait began, the waiter and trainee came to our table 3 different times to let us know it would be a longer wait. My little brother ordered wonton soup and they decided to let us know an hour later with nothing on the table still that they went to grab it and actually did not have it. He ordered dumplings instead and they brought out a bowl of what seemed like cold saltwater with mushrooms thrown in it. My chicken fried rice finally came out and there was a hair in it! My mom’s California roll looked so thrown together and not presentable I’m not even sure why it was brought out that way, the restaurant was also not very busy. My little cousins teriyaki sauce tasted like a strange version of an orange creamsicle? My little brothers 2nd choice entree was never brought out and they caught us on the way out with 6 dumplings in a to go bag. The lettuce on the lettuce wraps was ripped apart into small pieces and did not look how it usually does in any form. The waiter was never rude and was very helpful in ways he

So this was a mixed bag dining experience. Our waiter was great. Very friendly, attentive and working very hard in the diningroom. The hostess who eventually greeted and seated us obviously gets paid by the hour and it showed. Not busy at all and the line behind us just kept getting longer as she aimlessly mismanaged her only task with only a quarter of the diningroom full. Plus, she spoke so softly you could barely hear her mumbling her words. The egg drop soup was utterly tasteless. The Honey Chicken was unexpectedly spicy. It initially tasted good, but the spice numbed my taste buds and I could no longer taste anything after the first few bites. The shrimp dumplings were excellent. This was my third visit to this PF Changs. Also, it took forever to get our food. Probably won't be back.
